The world, of course, is changing, and food is changing along with it. This will not be the place on the web to address current and future concerns regarding food related issues (agricultural practices, corporate processing, the plague of unhealthy eating, those who wish to exploit nature to make it lucrative instead of flourishing, etc.), those issues will be addressed elsewhere, on many fronts and in various states of intensity.
This website is my piece of the internet universe, created to share with you my personal interpretation of a new form of cuisine where there are no rules and no boundaries. For some reason, a lot of people refer to it as “molecular gastronomy”. This style, while possibly confusing, is ultimately good for everyone, if used responsibly. Whatever you want to call it, I would best describe it as fun, purposeful, creative, and above all, delicious. Allow me to demonstrate, and please enjoy.
