The new television series “Future Food” premiered Tuesday, March 30th on Discovery’s Planet Green channel. The first two episodes, titled “Something’s Fishy” and French Evolution”, respectively, aired back-to-back to rave reviews and a few people scratching their heads.

Over the years we have had a few questions always present, always being asked. At the restaurant it’s “how do you guys do it?” and in many interviews it’s “where do these ideas come from?”. Well, now there is a way for you, the viewer, at home, to see that creative process happen and get a behind-the-scenes view of what goes on, how it happens and the reasoning behind some of our cuisine at Moto.
